Developed in collaboration with a board of inspiring leaders in motor retail, Championing Women in Dealerships has a mission to create a dedicated, inclusive network that supports women already leading in dealerships and dealer groups, and that empowers women progressing toward senior roles. It brings together influential UK motor retailers, including expert managers in sales, marketing, financial compliance, general management, HR and customer experience roles.

Championing Women in Dealerships fosters meaningful mentorship, celebrates success across all dealership positions, and delivers practical development that strengthens confidence, capability, and leadership.

Membership of Championing Women in Dealerships is free of charge, but exclusive to women in management positions in any function within dealer groups and dealerships, whether sales, marketing, financial compliance, general management, HR, customer experience or others.
